I got into FTA television a while back and I can say that I enjoy it.  Now something should be made clear.  I am talking about FTA as in television that is put out for people to freely view it.  Lately it seems that FTA has also come to mean "stolen" satellite television (meaning people who download keys for DirecTV or Dish Network).  I do not condone this and I will not help those who do.  

True FTA is just as the name implies "Free to Air".  These are broadcast that are sent through the airwaves, unencrypted and available for those who have the right equipment.
